Guide, vehicle, tickets and entrance fees are part of the price on every route, from the one-day tours to the fourteen-day journey.

Private groups of up to 15 guests. Your guide and vehicle are booked for your group alone.
HOW BOOKING WORKS
The three questions that decide most pilgrimage bookings.
Asking is free. Payment comes up once your dates, route and inclusions are agreed.
Single-day tours: free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start time, and anything already paid is refunded in full. Inside that window a guide and vehicle are committed to you, so contact us as early as you can.
For the two-, three- and four-day Seven Churches routes and the fourteen-day journey, cancellation and payment terms are confirmed in writing with your itinerary.
The 24-hour policy applies to single-day tours, as set out in our Terms of Use.
Tell us where you are arriving, whether that is Kuşadası, İzmir, Istanbul or somewhere you have not fixed yet, and we confirm the meeting point with your dates. Ephesus is about 20 km from Kuşadası port, roughly 25 to 30 minutes. The route and pace are planned with you.

We plan journeys for Catholic, Orthodox and general Christian visitors. Tell us your tradition and the sites or themes that matter to your group, and we will shape the route and guide briefing around them.
Where site rules, opening hours and the day’s travel time allow, we can reserve time for prayer, reflection or readings. Church and group leaders are welcome to lead their own prayers and readings. Add the request to the notes in the form.
Yes. Each journey is planned for your own group, and we arrange private groups of up to 15 guests. Tell us your exact group size so we can confirm the vehicle and the guiding.
Your journey is led by a licensed local guide. We confirm the language, availability and the right expertise for your route once we have your dates. The guide profiles above show their credentials.
Most journeys start from Kuşadası, İzmir or Istanbul. Which one suits depends on the journey, how you are arriving and how much time you have, so tell us your arrival details when you enquire and we confirm the meeting point with your itinerary.
Ancient sites can include uneven stone, steps, slopes and long periods outdoors. Tell us about mobility needs before booking. We can adjust the pace and stop selection where possible, but the physical conditions and accessibility of each archaeological site still apply.
Yes. Entrance fees and skip-the-line tickets are included on every journey. We confirm the exact sites, tickets and any optional extras in writing with your itinerary before payment.
We set out exactly what your route covers, hotel nights and meals included, in the written itinerary you receive, and the final price comes with it.
Yes. We can plan the route, pace, pickup, time at individual sites and opportunities for prayer around your group. Site opening hours, driving times and guide and vehicle availability still determine what is practical.
Asking is free. For applicable single-day tours, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start time and anything already paid is refunded in full. For the multi-day Seven Churches and Footsteps of St Paul journeys, payment and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing with your itinerary.
